Elyson

Elyson™ is located north of the I-10, along FM 529 and directly adjacent to a new interchange off the Grand Parkway providing easy access to and from the community.  Elyson comprises over 3,600 acres, is planned for more than 6,200 homes, a significant commercial core, amenities including a community center with a pool, fitness center and café in the first phase, future on-site schools, and an open space and trail system that will connect the various neighborhoods.
