Lydian

Lydian is a seven-story mixed-use building with 261 apartments and 15,500 square feet of street-front retail space just south of Oakland’s Uptown district. The site is two blocks west of Lake Merritt and within walking distance to Uptown’s shops, museums, restaurants, and bars. A BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station is less than a half mile away and provides quick access to San Francisco and other destinations along the BART lines. The project opened for residents in March of 2021.
