The Lark Uptown

The Lark Uptown is a 16-story, 330-unit apartment building located on the edge of Oakland’s Uptown district, the epicenter of Oakland’s arts and entertainment offerings.  Nearby are Lake Merritt and the Lake Merritt Business District, the Grand Lake District’s restaurants, shops, farmers market, and entertainment, and Piedmont Avenue’s clothing boutiques and restaurants. Additionally, the mixed-use building houses 11,300 square feet of ground floor retail space. The project opened for residents in August of 2024.
