City Ridge

City Ridge's master plan provides 690 new apartments and over 330,000 square feet of commercial retail and office space, including delivering the District's first Wegmans Grocery in the heart of Washington's prestigious Northwest, DC neighborhood.  The site sits directly adjacent to the city's popular Glover-Archbold Park, and within walking distance to some of the area’s most well-known schools and academic Institutions.  The development of this new urban village provides multiple residential product segments appealing to a broad audience and provides a mix of retail uses including fitness, daycare, and various restaurants for the benefit of the community.  The City Ridge development preserves the historically designated Fannie-Mae building, as well as the gracious front lawn, an open and activated green space for the community to enjoy.  Development was completed in 2022, and the project continues to welcome new residents.
