Gateway Crossing

Gateway Crossing comprises the residential portion of the Coleman Highline mixed-use master-planned community in Santa Clara, CA. North America Sekisui House and Holland Partner Group have partnered to develop Phase 1 of Gateway Crossing, which includes two mid-rise apartment buildings -- Orlo & Alba -- with a combined 724 units and 8,100 square feet of retail space. The greater Coleman Highline community includes 1.5 million square feet of newly constructed office space, 52,500 square feet of retail space, Avaya Stadium (home of the San Jose Earthquakes MLS soccer team), two planned full-service hotels, and an additional planned 840 apartment units (Phase 2 of Gateway Crossings). The site sits adjacent to the Santa Clara Caltrain station and future Santa Clara BART station with connections to all major employment centers in Silicon Valley and is a five-minute drive from the San Jose International Airport. The project will fully open for residents in June of 2025
