Gateway Crossings

GatewayCrossings comprises the residential portion of the Coleman Highline mixed-usemaster-planned community in Santa Clara, CA. North America Sekisui House and Holland Partner Group have partnered todevelop Phase 1 of Gateway Crossings, which includes two mid-rise apartmentbuildings with a combined 725 units and 7,500 square feet of retail space.  The greater Coleman Highline community includes1.5 million square feet of newly constructed office space, 52,500 square feetof retail space, Avaya Stadium (home of the San Jose Earthquakes MLS soccerteam), two planned full-service hotels, and an additional planned 840apartments (Phase 2 of Gateway Crossings).
