Reed’s Crossing

Reed’s Crossing is located in the Portland suburb of Hillsboro, OR about five miles south of Intel’s corporate campus.  The 463-acre community is planned to include approximately 2,800 single family houses and over 1,000 apartment, condominium,and townhouse units.  The community will feature a commercial core with an estimated 400,000 square feet of office and retail space, including a town center concept with shops, restaurants, and pedestrian-friendly streets, plazas, and gathering spaces, plus approximately 700 rental or condominium residences.  Other project-wide amenities will include parks, open green space, and a trail system.  Infrastructure construction began in 2016, with first homes occupied in 2019.
