The Ayer

The Ayer is located in the rapidly growing Denny Triangle, aneighborhood that merges South Lake Union and Downtown Seattle that serves as thehub of Seattle’s technology employment center. The 45-story high-rise building includes 454 residential units and1,000 square feet of retail space and will feature views of Lake Union, theSpace Needle, Elliot Bay, and the downtown Seattle skyline.
